Ceremonial Washing

Bitter Herbs

Matzah

Bro O'Brien teaching on the matzah: unleavened, striped, pierced, broken; all symbolic of the Promised Christ.

Blood Applied

Bro O'Brien striking the doorposts & lintel with 'blood', showing the necessity of personally applying the shed blood to be protected from the righteous wrath of God.

Pondering

The Seder had people from 3 area villages attending, all for their first time. The challenge to consider: what would happen if a baptismal certificate or list of good works were posted to the door posts instead (or in addition to) the blood?

Redemption
