Jesus Saves
Larissa became our deaf translator Jan 2002. She was Russian Orthodox but not opposed to working with us. Both of her parents were deaf, only passing away a few years earlier, making Larissa's burden for deaf very strong.
God used her desire to help deaf, moving her to study biblical terminology faithfully and began to take Chronological Bible Lessons each Wednesday. |

Saved & Saved
Larissa with her teen daughter Karina. They came to our house after our return to Kharkov in October and we spent many hours re-examining God's age-old plan of redemption. All through the summer of 2002, Larissa continued the Chronological Lessons while we were gone and she was prepared for salvation. Both Larissa & Karina were saved that night. Oct 02 |
