Ivan was reached thru Saturday's Evangelism and came to church one Sunday PM with his unsaved wife, who attended a Baptist Union church. October 03

One Sunday PM, Ivan approached Bro John after the service, saying: "Explain to me how to repent, I know I'm headed in the wrong direction." Miss Luda sat close by to help John's grammar, and Brittaini, Noelle & Cathy sat praying.

Gospel Message

Bro John took Ivan through a thorough presentation of the Gospel message, centered around 3 crucial issues: Ivan's sinfulness & subsequent eternal condemnation; God's gracious provision at Calvary; Ivan's responsibility to repent & believe the Gospel of Christ.

Double-check

Miss Luda goes back through the Scriptures with Ivan to insure that he is rightly understanding the message of salvation by grace alone.

New Creature

Ivan was born again from above that blessed Sunday evening, a heart relieved of it's weight of sin.
